Anna has taken care of my son on and off since 2010. In 2010 he had a severe reaction to Phenergan and she kept us calm throughout. In 2014 he had severe head pain with a chemo drug that required 3 doses of morphine to relieve. The next day she got the order for the morphine prior to chemo dose. She has such a kind, wonderful and calm way with her patients and families. She is also extremely intelligent but humble. She even left me a weather report on the info board a day I had to go to work in a snow storm.

Anna is a very compassionate nurse and provides excellent care. Not only is Anna a caring nurse but she is also a helpful co-worker and mentor. Anna is always smiling and pleasant and available to offer an extra set of hands. She is newly oriented to the Charge RN position and is doing a fabulous job! She's always putting others before herself and these are the reasons I believe Anna should receive the DAISY Award.
