Your ability to know there was a problem, a quick response to go to a quiet place, a kind word and a warm gentle touch on my hand, helped me to open up to you about the lack of needed medications. Your knowledge with a speedy response calling the pharmacy resulted in me receiving my medications that day! An open door to discuss issues with you. The first word in the hospital's name is Advocate, that is what you were for me when I was unable to use my voice.
