Annie was taking care of a patient in PACU who had shoulder surgery. The patient's ride was here but the patient had to stay longer than expected and they had to leave. The patient thought she could get a cab but post-op patients are not allowed to take a taxi. The patient started crying and Annie told her that if she could wait until Annie got off work, she would take her home. Annie not only took her home but got her prescription filled and then took it to her.
