Annie joined the Village in 2019 to open the nocturnal program for the Winchester facility. After 2 years of night shifts, she was promoted to the clinical coordinator position. She is instrumental in leading the ICHD team and always assists other clinics when needed. Annie truly cares for her patients as evidenced by the dramatic improvement in Winchester’s clinical outcomes during her tenure.

Annie is kind, caring, and empathic with each and every one of her patients. Recently, one patient was extremely upset because she had to undergo yet another surgery. The patient refused to schedule the procedure despite it being in her best medical interest. Annie sat down next to the patient, held her hand, and listened to all of her concerns. Once she had calmed the patient down she explained, in terms the patient could understand, the importance of the procedure and how it would improve the patient’s health and life. The patient was then able to calm down and came to understand the importance of the surgery. The patient scheduled and underwent the procedure because of Annie’s intervention and saw a big improvement in her clinical outcomes and quality of life. This is just one of many examples of Annie’s dedication to her patients.
