Annikka is a very dedicated, hard-working, and loyal RN. This nurse is a great advocate for the patients. She is always smiling and so caring. If I were to visit the hospital again I would love to have the same nurse as my RN. She trains a lot of new employees with compassion and kindness. She is patient and always willing to answer questions. She goes above and beyond in assisting other nurses. Annikka is truly a great asset to Adventist Health and follows the mission. She is a major team player and we are lucky to have her. She is always professional in the work environment. She goes above and beyond the Howard way. My nurse not only helped with my actual emergency issue but went above and beyond when I started having a panic attack from pain and confusion. But Annikka talked me completely off the ledge with such human kindness, something this world is losing too much of. I'm truly grateful, under unfortunate reasons, that Annikka was there for me.
