I came into the hospital twice in a week for an infected cat bite. It was pretty serious and I suffer from a few mental illnesses. Hospitals are a big trigger for me. Tony brings a calmness to every room he enters. It is evident that Tony takes his job very seriously while still maintaining an upbeat relaxed mood. I was struggling with pain control all night, when Tony came on shift I mentioned this, and it wasn't an issue again. Tony worked with me/doctor to get my pain under control and it stayed that way. Because of this, I was able to sleep/rest without pain. Tony was also training multiple people, he was patient and kind with them while making sure a sense of urgency was still there. Thank you Tony for your empathy, care, kindness, and all the laughs. I won't forget to laugh!
