Arianna Guzman, RN

A couple of weeks ago I was called to help Arianna with a patient wound care dressing change. I have never seen a nurse so kind and have such patience considering the patient was in pain. When Arianna was telling the patient what she was doing and why the patient's fear turned into understanding. I have understood why many people call nurses superheroes. It’s not because they save lives, it’s because they have the power to adapt, overcome, and make you feel comfortable and still save your life. Then when someone like a lift team member asks what we think may be a dumb question she answers it and does not make you feel dumb. Arianna Guzman is a truly caring nurse.
