Arlene has been instrumental in precepting many new RN team members. As a preceptor, she capably balances support and expectation, so our new nurses are set up for success. Arlene is a diabetes champion and provides in-services to our team on new initiatives and equipment in diabetic treatment.
She exceeds expectations in teamwork. The interdisciplinary team- physicians, case managers, ACP’s, fellow nurses, and PCA’s praise her teamwork abilities. It is an inspiration to see the obvious delight our team members express working with her.
