Ashley arranged a private room for my father, the patient, because his roommate was loudly suffering in a way that made it difficult for him to get any rest or peace. She also spent a long time on the phone with my sister who lives in San Francisco and works for Genetec. Since she couldn't come to Tucson, Ashley explained the care he was receiving and answered all her questions providing the medical details we couldn't. This gave my sister peace of mind and confidence in our father's care. Finally, when Ashley was the charge of the unit, his care in general seemed to go more smoothly indicating that she must be an excellent manager.
