Words cannot express how grateful our family is for Ashley's care.  Ashley took the worst possible pain we could imagine and made it manageable with her hospitality, candor, warmth, and sympathy.  As the patient's daughter, I don't think I could have gotten through this without Ashley; it's like she had 3 extra patients as well (me, her son, and her son-in-law).

Ashley spent so much time with us.  She pulled up a chair, and we had comforting conversations that helped us get through.   Mom is unable to talk about her kindness without choking up.  I and the rest of our family will think of Ashley's warmth and kindness for the rest of our lives.  Thank you, Ashley.

Concrete examples: Since my father did not survive the attack, I knew I needed to get Power of Attorney.  Ashley gave us all the resources we needed to navigate the process while keeping us all calm and comfortable. 

Example 2: She took prompt care of all of mom's pain management needs and recognized the importance of psychiatric care not only in her bedside manner but in making sure mom got the psychiatric medicines.

She missed her kid's game to be with us and even sent us home with homemade suckers!

She coordinated with everyone.  Mom didn't have to think of anything but her family.
