My infant son was in the ER and then admitted to the pediatric unit over the weekend. Ashley in the ER was absolutely amazing. She treated my son as if he was her own, going above and beyond all the "normal" care that nurses give. And as a mother, that was so reassuring and helpful in such a stressful, difficult time. She not only calmed my nerves and made me feel better, but she calmed my son down and made him comfortable and happy. She was one of the best nurses I have ever encountered, not only at Carroll Hospital but out of all the hospitals I have ever been to. She is an amazing nurse and I hope she gets the credit and praise she deserves.
