Ashley Rhodes RN has been at MCE for over 14 years of her nursing career. In those 14 years, she has been a prized member of the team, always going above and beyond for her coworkers and patients. Ashley frequently precepts nurses who are new to MCE, new to nursing altogether, or new to the L&D specialty. She is an excellent teacher, knowing when to step in and help, but also when to let a nurse gain her wings and fly. Because of this, Ashley is fondly referred to by many of her former orientees as “ Mama Ashley”. We are thankful for Ashley’s expertise and experience!
