Ashley Thomas 2023, RN

I just want to give a shout out to Ashley in the ED. I was having an issue with amoxicillin not being available at my drug store and she went above and beyond to make sure I had some for my daughter who has pneumonia by finding a drug store that had it in stock. She even reached out to the primary drug store that I had been using, which did not want to help me to make sure they sent the referral to the drug store that had it in stock. I was panicking and she was my calm. Sometimes moms need that, and I am forever thankful for the character she displayed today. Her consistency and reassurance made an impact on my perspective of the situation. Thank you.
