Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty as a nurse. On the day my wife went to the OR for a C-section, Ashley was assigned to my wife early in the morning. All day she kept baby heart monitors on my wife and kept her in a comfortable position. Ashley stayed by my wife’s side the entire day, explaining everything, answering questions, and keeping my wife comfortable and safe. When we went to the OR for the babies to be delivered, Ashley stayed long after her shift ended because my wife had some major complications. Ashley comforted my wife when she was very afraid. She stayed four hours after her shift ended. She even took the time late into the night and after my wife recovered from the complications to go see her babies that she hadn’t seen yet. She never left her side and treated her like a person and not a patient.
