My husband was in the Neuro Unit. Ashtin was one of his nurses and she was awesome. She was always checking on him to make sure that he was okay. Whenever the doctors would talk to me, she would stand there and listen to everything that they said. When they left, she would go over everything again that they said to make sure that I understood what they were telling me. I really appreciated that.

Then one day after I left, Ashtin called me when I was at work with much excitement to tell me that my husband was responding and following her commands. She was so excited, and that melted my heart. She made me feel like he was more than just a patient to her. She could have waited until I came the next day. All of the nurses were good but Ashtin went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Ashtin for making a difficult time a little easier.
