She was in the room with my husband, the patient. I wanted him to tell her about the sore on his bottom. She overheard us and said, "What about your butt?" She stopped what she was doing, came over, and looked at it, made the decision immediately of how to proceed. She made sure he and I were OK with what she was doing, then provided me with the knowledge on how to care for him at home. Audra took care of us immediately, didn't make us wait until she was done with what she was doing. She explained everything she did to help us understand the issue at hand.
