One day a patient went out for a procedure and when they came back they were frustrated with their level of care and the way they were treated. I was in the patient's room assessing her needs when Augusta stepped into the room. She knew the patient and could tell from her face that she was not okay emotionally. Augusta sat with her and told her that God never gives us anything we cannot handle. From that moment the patient's mood was better, after having been so encouraged by Augusta. I cared for her the next several days and she told each visitor what a difference Augusta made that day.
