Aurora consistently plays a major part in our Inpatient Program’s daily operations as she not only comes in during crucial times to cover our STATs and uncovered patients but also spends a majority of her week providing excellent dialysis care to our patients. She has demonstrated and lived up to the Fresenius Core Values and her humility and compassion have benefited not only our program but more importantly our hospital partners and dialysis patients. She is collaborative and very adaptable to her work environment and coworkers. She has a truly caring heart of a care provider and has a great impact not only on her teammates but also on her patients. She has been nominated by one of our Senior Schedulers and stated, “I'd like to nominate Aurora for the DAISY Award, please. She has been nothing but helpful when it comes to covering our STAT/PUSH treatments in the middle of the night. She never fails to answer our phone calls when we need her and with such a great attitude too. I am so proud that we have someone like her that shows such great compassion in her work and her patients. “ We truly appreciate you Aurora and please know that your hard work and dedication don't go unnoticed.
