There are no words in our language that can describe the incredibly difficult patient situation Austin faced or the grace, compassion, and skilled care he provided. He not only took incredible care of my dad, but he provided great and compassionate care for our entire family. He counseled, educated, and entertained us while making a real human connection to both patient and family. We were graced with this special DAISY Nurse during one of life's most terrible times. We will be forever changed and grateful for Austin's integrity, commitment, love, but most of all his tender care for our dad.
