We have had a lot of caring nurses and we appreciate that very much. The nurse we have today, Autumn, has been very good. She has answered every question without hesitation. I know that she had other patients to take care of, but she never acted rushed or bothered at all by us. She took her time with my mom and was careful to explain everything to her before she even touched her. I don’t even think my mom understood but I still appreciated her talking to her like she would any other patient. Autumn is very efficient, and you can tell she is the kind of person who dots all her Is and crosses all her Ts. Most of the time people like that come across as kind of matter of fact and almost uncaring but she did not. Actually, her efficient personality made me feel better. She was just the kind of person we needed when we made the decision to send mom to Hospice. I feel a bunch of emotions right now so I can’t tell her myself how much it meant to us for her to be our nurse, but it did. I just wanted someone to know that she did a great job.
