Bailey took care of my mother in the ED. She was an extremely professional nurse. She is very knowledgeable and exhibits remarkable critical thinking and response time. She was so caring and understanding with my elderly father as well. In addition to her nursing skills, Bailey showed my parents kindness and compassion. I am so grateful for Bailey and everything she did for my parents. She is an exceptional young lady and nurse. She is a definite asset to your hospital. She also spent time explaining everything she was going to do which helped decrease our anxiety. I believe that Bailey is an extraordinary nurse and should be a recipient for the DAISY Award.
