Out of all the nurses, Baneen Al-KhaFaji, made a huge impression. No matter what I needed, she was there to help me with my pain medicines and her encouragements. Her soft voice made my stay in the ER more relaxed and comfortable. She went out of her way for me to feel at home. The ER is an intimidating place to be, but Baneen made me feel calm. I highly recommend her because with her cheerful smile and her knowledge of running the ER, it makes for a brighter day. Thank you so much for everything.
