Coming into my induction I was very anxious about my plan of care as I had two negative experiences delivering my other two children at another hospital. Barb listened to my concerns and took appropriate action. She relayed them to the midwife and our plan was exactly what I wanted. Not only did she listen, but she was extremely attentive to every detail of my labor. She was constantly checking on me and watching me and my baby closely, professionally, and accurately. She made me feel safe as I knew the baby and I were in good hands. It was obvious she was competent and knowledgeable by her expert care. On a personal level, she was easy to talk to and even came back to visit the following day! Barb exemplified beyond a doubt that she holds the qualities and more for this achievement.
