I am a new patient to Hines VA , from Clinton Iowa. Ever since I started getting my care at Hines, Barbara has gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Every time I had any issues, whether it was scheduling an appointment, to getting prescriptions every time I would send her a secure message in my healthy vet. She would immediately answer and immediately try to resolve my issues. She never felt put out or ever made me feel like I was bothering her. And if it was something she wasn't able to resolve she immediately put me in touch with the person who could resolve my problem. Even though everyone at Hines has been amazing to me, I seriously believe Ms. Barbara without a doubt deserves this recognition and award.
