I was met by the nicest young nurse with a bright smile who helped me feel at ease as I was experiencing a lot of anxiety. I was not allowed out of the bed the time I was there and she was very good telling me to call her if I needed her, which I did. At no time did she make me feel like I was interrupting and always came to see what I needed. She was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions and I could not believe she had only been a nurse for two years. In my eyes she was exceptional. Beatrize Landa deserves The DAISY Award!
