We arrived at Banner Casa Grande one morning in February 2020. Throughout all the places we have been to and all of the nurses and doctors we interacted with in the past, none of them have listened to my wife as carefully as Becky did. When Becky arrived and introduced herself, she immediately started asking questions as she proceeded to check my wife from head to toe. This nurse deserves to be recognized for what she does and for her professionalism. Words cannot express our gratitude. We expressed to Becky that we were not happy with our current doctor and we felt as though there were communication barriers and that we did not get answers to all of our questions. We were quite familiar with another doctor who practices here, so we requested to have this physician instead. Becky immediately started working on our request and helping to make this possible. What an employee!! Becky demonstrates outstanding people skills, an outstanding bedside manner, and outstanding knowledge of her job. She is extremely thorough and extremely helpful. We cannot say enough about this young lady. Banner should be proud to have such a wonderful employee and such an outstanding nurse.
