After quite a rough night following my procedure, Belinda came on duty the following morning. Her bright, friendly, but professional approach made an enormous difference to my recovery that morning. One of her tasks was to remove my catheter, which was quite embarrassing for me, but Belinda undertook this task in such a way as to make me comfortable and at ease. Throughout her shift, Belinda kept checking on me, continually raising my spirits.

I was only in for the day, but Belinda was extremely attentive and gentle while prepping me for my procedure. When I had questions, she explained everything simply and clearly.

Anything I asked for from Belinda all night, she remained friendly and attentive and always made the time to speak with me to make sure I felt ok. She changed my bed when I was sweating so much and put my mind at rest, relieving my embarrassment about the fact that I was sweating (I had a hysterectomy).  Belinda really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and happy. I mean, all the staff are great, but Belinda, in particular, stood out.

Belinda took me to theatre and stayed with me until I was asleep. Kept me calm and was very funny and caring.
