I am writing this letter to express my unreserved support for Benifer Mehta, whom I had the privilege to meet and be care for by her for twelve days at the Kaiser in Irvine. I am happy to be able to provide this recommendation because I have great respect for Benifer as a professional and as an individual.

Benifer is greatly knowledgeable, extremely professional with a wonderful caring heart. Nothing seems too challenging for her and she knows when and how to get help from the technical medical experts and the right management authority at Kaiser to work on issues FOR the patients. Case in point; I had special needs due to my unbearable bone pain (metastatic cancer), my back aches/sores and my frustrating constant constipation condition aggravating by the paralysis of my legs. Benifer proactively did everything to control my pain, she even got the doctors involved immediately when my heart rate and the pain seriously and gravely shot up at one point. And she engaged the right people in ordering the special gurney with air loss mattress to care for my nasty back aches/sores. She also made sure that the right hospital staff, the best phlebotomist changes my IV line onto my hard to reach veins or the most competent nurse aid to my rescue' with the use of bedpans for bathroom functions. She saved my life and much suffering more than once during that short span of twelve days at your hospital facility.

Benifer seemed to be always there for my comfort and wellbeing even before I pressed the call button. Her presence was reassuring and it had a calming, protecting effect on my physical body and my mental state.

I was fortunate to be in Benifer's excellent care during my hospital stay and I'm honored now to share with you my experiences demonstrating Benifer's exemplary dedication and professionalism.
