I was at the Providence VA for extreme pain and kidney stones, the entire department was slammed. I arrived at 1 pm but did not get a bed until 11:30 pm. But it was okay, I had 2 CAT scans done that I needed, and I know how busy everything is, due to Covid. I found this nurse to be calm. I didn’t mind at all when she needed to ask questions for being admitted. I was just happy to be admitted and she looked at me and said just as soon as my medication is available, she will bring it right away! Thank you. I was just about to give up hope of ever feeling better. This nurse made it possible!
