Beth is great! She is a mentor, leader, and team worker. Put her where you want her and she will work it out. She is working with a nursing student during her shift and the nursing student can hardly wait to come to work because she loves working with Beth.
She is very detailed and efficient. She loves spending time with patients. She can educate you on anything. She is driven. But most of all, what I like about Beth is that you can see the deep caring she has for all patients and the commitment to excellence!
