Betty Jackson, RN

Betty is an RN in Mother-Baby, and was nominated by the entire MB UPC Members. There are multiple reasons why she is a DAISY Nurse and here are only a few of them: She has accepted a day position over a year ago, but is staying on Midnights until all staff are trained. She is a preceptor of new staff and takes the role of Charge Nurse when needed. She never complains when pulled to other units and is an active member of the Mother-Baby UPC. She was recognized as the Employee of the Month in Mother-Baby. She is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Nursing-Informatics. And most importantly, she takes excellent care of her patients!
