Bev was very kind and gentle with me for my first transvaginal scan. It could have been a traumatic experience, but she made it very smooth for me. She gave me time and never lost her patience with me. I was very apprehensive about the procedure, but her empathy and compassion helped put me at ease. She explained everything in great detail and took away the element of fear from the entire process.

Bev understood the stress I felt with dates and holidays as I flew from Dubai for the first egg freezing and expressed how stressful it was to organize all the appointments while being away. But she put me at ease. Seeing her for my second round made me feel even more comfortable. Bev was extremely helpful and understanding and supported me with every step.

Bev could see I was struggling with seeing someone different each time I came in as I was anxious about my progress in my treatment, so she made sure all my appointments for a week were with her. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything really clearly, provided reassurance whenever I cried (which was a lot!), and made me feel safe at a time when I felt scared and isolated, as a solo mum to be going through treatment alone. She gave me the consistent care I needed to get through a tricky time with positivity. Thank you, Bev!
