Bianca Ward, RN

Bianca is amazing in a terrible situation. Monday night in the ER was a nightmare, I have never seen it that bad. Bianca flew into my mom’s room smiling and happy. She began talking to my mom and joking making a terrible experience passable. She was very efficient and skilled and watched every order by checking the computer to keep her updated and mom and me informed. She was overworked terribly that night, but she kept a positive outlook and worked her butt off. She is an amazing asset to MMC and any patient she cares for here. Mom loved her!! That can be a miracle when she’s sick. Thank you, Bianca, for being who you are and an incredible RN.
