Bilal was great with our son A. very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. We appreciated his help in washing A’s hair and being present for anything we needed. There was another nurse who, unfortunately, we cannot remember her name; however, she was our first nurse who also washed A’s hair for his MRI. She was spectacular.  We were in such a dark place and extremely worried for our son since finding out he was diagnosed with infantile spasms however, these two nurses shed some light for us. They were both there when A was having episodes, and all I could do was cry, but they made me feel comfortable. They are a true prime example of how nurses should provide patient care.
