My 71-year-old father is a Vietnam Veteran who has been to many hospitals and encountered numerous staff related to his current illness. My mother and I came with my father to have stents put in at Brainerd Hospital. I have to tell you, the moment Billy entered the room to care for my father, I knew I didn’t need to worry! I could tell he is a nurse who likes doing what he does and cares for his patients. Billy also took the time to do a good job and was attentive to my father’s needs. My wife and I are medical professionals, and I kept texting her with updates and how happy I was with the care my father was receiving. Phenomenal job, Billy!
