My wife had a spinal fusion and laminectomy. Blair was in charge of her care. Her attitude was always positive and caring. She responded quickly in a kind, gentle, and empathetic fashion. She was always competent and energetic, even at the end of a twelve hour shift. When working alone at the nursing station, Blair would periodically sing bits of a beautiful and soothing lullaby. Dr. Boatright praised her for being the "captain" of his ship. Based on my impressions, I can see why.
