I interacted with Blanca on a spontaneous basis. She took the TIME...effort, and professionalism to assist me out of her busy schedule. My situation was focused on that I could not get transport. I had been waiting after they promised me since 4:45 pm to be taken back to Women's. She kindly, benevolently, and professionally assisted me in finding out about my eyeglasses and to locate where they were. She took time from the other patients to assist me. Through her actions, engagement, and kindness, we were able to see how to get some transport. The point is that I wish to commend and greatly extend my thanks and, most of all, my sincerest appreciation to this outstanding employee.
