Blessy deserves the highest appreciation; we have visited her in her office three times, and every time she proved that her work is done properly, some of the qualities she has are:
-Listening to our concerns and other patients and trying her best to understand the issues patiently.
-She gave us a full explanation of the procedures and what we had to do, everything was clearly explained to us.
-She treated my mother very well, and she was joking with her and laughing, which helped my mother feel less stressed during the hospital visit.
-Head nurse's office serves a lot of patients, especially during the morning. Some people will enter in accordingly, others will be in a very bad mood but that did not affect the way she is handling things, and I can see that she is trying her best to be nice to everyone; Blessy tries to solve their issues and answer their concerns with a relaxed and calm personality.
