Bonnie Keisler was nominated by a Veteran who commended her for going out of her way to assist him with a scheduled appointment. He further reported that she was an excellent educator and that she took the extra time to assure that he fully understood the details related to his required daily dressing changes. The Veteran described Ms. Keisler as a lifesaver and an angel.
