Cole was always there when I called and explained everything before he started to do something. Excellent bedside manners. Always coming in to see if I needed anything.

Cole was ready for lunch; he had his jacket on, ready to go to lunch. I told Cole my mom needed to go to the bathroom. He didn’t think or call someone else but took his jacket off immediately and came to help me. He has been coming in my mom’s room to ask if everything was okay and if he could get anything for us. I know he is a very busy nurse and but would stop everything for my mom and I to see if everything was okay. Thank you Cole, for being there for us.

Cole went above and beyond to bring in his guitar to cheer up one of our long-term patients. It instantly brightened her day and encouraged her to continue her rehab and keep fighting. Cole always goes the extra mile to rehab his patients.

This is who Cole is! He has amazing support for families. Great sense of humor and easily diffuses stressful situations. His singing and interactions promote patient healing and are crucial to recovery. This is the person/nurse that the DAISY Award reflects.
