Brantley Massey, RN

I was brought into the ER with chest pains and difficulty breathing. Upon my arrival I knew Brantley was a gem. When they were asking my weight, I begrudgingly told them. She knew it was uncomfortable for me in a room full, so she said, “Honey, that’s not bad” and told me what she weighed. From that point on, she treated me as if I was family. In all my visits to an ER, I have to say I have never been kept so informed of every step of my treatment and checked on every few minutes. Brantley is definitely an asset to the ED!
