My child was admitted with head trauma. All of the staff has been amazing. Brenda always entered the room with the biggest smile. She interacted so well and was so patient with my child. She went above and beyond to make sure my child was comfortable.

Brenda is the definition of customer service and has gone above and beyond to help us during our stay. She always explains things to us and checks on us constantly. So many times, she took it upon herself to ensure that my daughter ate, ordered her food, cleaned her up, and always ensured that we were emotionally okay.

She is very knowledgeable about her work and always finds answers for us if she doesn’t have one. We really appreciate all she does for us and want to Thank You!
