She speaks with positivity and hope. We feel our morale is boosted because she helps us celebrate small wins with the many things that our husband/father is fighting.
Bri has consistently provided excellent care for our dad/husband. She has the ability to establish rapport with us and has a warm personality, which has made this awful situation easier to navigate. She has explained every step of care, which was provided in a clear, understandable way. We have taken comfort knowing she is caring for our loved one like she would her own. She never ever appears bothered by our constant questioning.
She is very knowledgeable. She took the time and effort with the doctors to help my daughter and me get the information needed for her to submit to her work, as her hospital provided their employees with Covid leave. That coordination took time, as she and the doctors did not want to err in providing the wrong information. She always tells us what she's going to do with our dad/husband without us ever having to ask her. This, however, prompts us to ask her reasoning, and questions about his care. We feel we are also part of his care team. (She makes us feel that way.)
She speaks with positivity and hope. We feel our morale is boosted because she helps us celebrate small wins with the many things that our husband/father is fighting. Perhaps he is even hearing that. Her patience with us is phenomenal. Bri exudes confidence in the work she does and never seems nervous to do her work in front of us. She shows complete passion for the care she provides. As well as complete compassion toward us and our father/husband. She updates us often without us asking for updates, and will find out updates should we ask about something. Keep up the wonderful care you give your patients and their family.

She has a bright and uplifting personality. Also speaks very clearly about any questions I had. Very patient in servicing me. I love her eyes and cute voice. She took some time of untangling my wires and tubes. Also, one time she cleaned some of my urine spillage instead of calling housecleaning. I am so pleased and comforted in having her tending to me at Northwestern Medicine.
