Dear Brian,

I want to extend my deepest thanks for all that you did for me while I was at 6 Spruce. Every nurse there was kind but I felt more connected to you because you went above and beyond for me. Feeling like I had some type of ally was a huge comfort, especially during such an anxiety ridden stay.

You took the time to converse with me, you accommodated a special request I had, and you were a champ at dealing with my neurotic personality (which was at it's near worst). But you remained calm and collected while I drove you crazy! And this is silly but when the whole Harry incident happened you simply said to me "can someone bring you a toothbrush tomorrow?" it just jerked me back into a place of reason realizing how small the problem I had made big was.

So thank you for being the way that you are --- gentle, kind, and understanding. It is especially good for the patients there (like me) to have someone like you around. You are really, really good at your job.
