Brianna Luker demonstrated professionalism in carrying out her duties as a dedicated, compassionate, and respectful nurse. She has good communicational skills and she listened to what I had to say with respect and empathy.
She was attentive in administering medication, monitoring blood sugar readings, changing diapers, repositioning my mom, resetting the IV machine without having to call for her, answering any questions I had, and was ready and willing to provide anything I needed. She provided good quality care and showed patience without rushing through anything. She performed her job efficiently, effectively, and completely without complaining.
Most of all her spirit was always welcoming and comforting. She is quite worthy of receiving the DAISY Award.
