I came to Scottsdale Osborn ED very sick with COVID and very scared. The minute I met Bridgette, I knew I was blessed with an angel. Bridgette has a way of going above and beyond, so you know she is not just doing a job, but she is so much more than that. She is always outstanding in communication and amazingly efficient, and she truly has a way of lifting your spirits and giving you a sense that you are in the hands of someone who is going to be there at the push of a button. If I didn't know better, I would think I am her only patient. I truly believe she deserves The DAISY Award.
