My mother-in-law suffered a massive stroke and Comfort Care measures were put in place. During that week, we were blessed to meet and deal with Bristinne. She was very caring, compassionate, highly skilled, and informative. She was instrumental in providing our family with all the information needed about the patient's condition, but she also provided support and comfort when those attributes were most needed. She touched our hearts with her empathy and sensitivity, so much so that my wife requested she be assigned as my mother-in-law's nurse on that final morning. We were very impressed with all the staff, but none more so than Bristinne. Her combination of superb clinical skills (that we witnessed daily) and caring attitude made her an exemplary employee and representative for Baptist.
