Brittany was nominated by a patient who stated this was her first surgery ever and Brittany made her feel so comfortable. Brittany was able to use humor to ease her anxiety and was so friendly. The patient went on to say she didn't feel like she was being prepped for surgery but was just joking around with a friend, which made her feel so comfortable. In addition, the patient wrote Brittany "was one of the best nurses I've ever encountered!". Brittany has also been recognized by our physicians for always going above and beyond and knowing or finding out the answer to any question.
