Aside from my procedure, I was nervous, scared, anxious, and in pain. Brittany was very comforting and compassionate. She listened and answered all my questions and made everything clear and understandable. She gave me hope and encouragement. She is very feisty with a lot of energy and a sense of humor that made me laugh the whole time I was in her care. Brittany also took care of my physical cleanliness. She washed my hair, she washed me up gently, carefully, and thoroughly all the time making me laugh and keeping me entertained. According to your care principles, Brittany met every single one of them above and beyond. Brittany is a very big asset to your team. I’m sure she is an asset to her fellow workers and a HUGE asset to your patients!! She sent me home feeling confident and truly cared about as did every one of my nurses. She truly went above and beyond.
