Brittnee really cares about the unit, her colleagues, and our patients. She is a warming presence and can calm any storm.
Brittnee is a shining star on 7SA. She is a compassionate nurse and positive role model and an absolute pleasure to work with. She is a highly engaged leader on the unit. Some of her accomplishments include being a Superuser during Epic go-live, a member of the unit practice council, a preceptor, mentor, and teacher. She is someone who is always willing to help out on the unit. For many years, Brittnee worked the night shift and was one of the finest charge RNs. There were countless times I watched her handle extremely difficult situations with supreme competence, professionalism, and charm, of which she has no shortage. One example of her exemplary teamwork and leadership is when she once changed a wound vac for me. A wound vac! In the middle of the night, and I didn’t even need to ask. She just did it. Brittnee really cares about the unit, her colleagues, and our patients. She is a warming presence and can calm any storm. Thank you so much, Brittnee, for being an awesome nurse and an even kinder human being. We all appreciate you so much.
